平素よりREFIT那覇新都心をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
おかげさまで当施設は、2025年5月1日をもって開業1周年を迎えることができました。
オープン当初は、予定より2ヶ月遅れての開業となり、さらにサウナ・水風呂も未完成の状態で営業を開始せざるを得ない状況でした。
多くのお客さまにご不便・ご迷惑をおかけしましたことを、改めて深くお詫び申し上げます。
それでも変わらず通い続けてくださった皆さまの支えにより、現在では全設備が稼働し、会員数は過去最高を記録しております。
この場をお借りして、心より御礼申し上げます。
とはいえ、私たちはこの状態を“完成”だとは考えておりません。
設備の質、運営体制、サービス体験ーどれをとっても、まだ伸ばすべき余地があると強く自覚しています。
この1年間は、私たちにとって「感謝」と「反省」が交差した時間でした。
REFIT那覇新都心は、“進化するジム”という理念のもと、これからもお客さまの声に真摯に向き合い、一歩ずつ確かな改善を重ねてまいります。
REFITは、沖縄発祥・沖縄限定の地域ブランドジムとして、この地でしかできない価値を追求しています。
これからも、地元の皆さまと共に歩みながら、「沖縄で最も信頼されるジム」を目指して進化を続けてまいります。

We are pleased to announce that REFIT Naha Shintoshin has reached its 1st anniversary as of May 1st, 2025.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all members and supporters who have stood by us throughout this journey.
When we first opened our doors in May 2024, we faced a two-month delay in opening, and we were unable to launch with a fully completed sauna and cold plunge.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused at the time.
Thanks to the continued support of our members, all facilities are now fully operational, and our membership has reached an all-time high.
We are truly grateful.
That said, we do not consider ourselves “complete.”
We recognize there is still room to improve—whether it be in our equipment, operations, or service experience—and we remain fully committed to that ongoing evolution.
This past year has been one of both reflection and gratitude.
At REFIT, we stand by our belief in being a “gym that evolves,” and we will continue to listen to your feedback and improve step by step, with sincerity and accountability.
REFIT is a brand born in Okinawa, and exclusively operated in Okinawa.
As a locally rooted gym, we are dedicated to delivering value that can only be found here.
We look forward to growing with the community and continuing our pursuit to become
the most trusted gym in Okinawa.
